/ The problem /

Why tracking.me exists.

Vehicles, tyres and tagged assets are tracked in separate tools, or not at all. By the time the picture is pieced together, the fuel, the tyre and the hours are already spent.

Saudi AI and IoT fleet tracking, telematics, RFID, tyre management and connected mobility solutions.

/ What it does /

Capability, not just visibility.

One live map for the whole fleet

Vehicles, trailers and equipment appear on a single map, whatever tracker they carry. IoT Cube normalises the device data, so the view stays consistent as hardware and fleet size change.

Telematics that explain the trip

Speed, harsh braking, engine hours, fuel and idle time are recorded against each vehicle and driver, so a trip can be reviewed on facts rather than recollection.

RFID for assets and drivers

RFID tags and readers identify who is driving, which equipment left the yard and what came back. Every scan is logged against the asset record.

Tyre management

Track each tyre from fitment through rotation, pressure checks and replacement. Condition and history sit with the vehicle, so tyre spend is planned instead of discovered.

Geofences and exception alerts

Draw zones around depots, customer sites and restricted areas. Entries, exits, dwell time, speeding and off-route movement reach the right person while the vehicle is still on the road.

AI-assisted fleet insight

Patterns in utilisation, driving behaviour and recurring exceptions are surfaced for managers to review, so attention goes to the vehicles and routes that need it.

/ How it works /

From first login to everyday habit.

  1. 1

    Connect the hardware

Trackers, RFID readers and tyre sensors are onboarded through IoT Cube, regardless of manufacturer, and assigned to vehicles, drivers and sites.

  2. 2

    Set the rules

Define geofences, speed limits, working hours, tyre thresholds and who is authorised to drive what.

  3. 3

    Watch and respond

Dispatchers work from the live map and alert feed, acting on exceptions as they happen.

  4. 4

    Report and improve

Scheduled reports and AI-assisted insight show where time, fuel and tyres are being lost.

/ Who uses it /

Built around the people who carry the load.

Fleet manager

Which vehicles are working, and which are sitting idle?

  • Live status and location for every vehicle on one map.
  • Idle time and utilisation broken down by vehicle and site.
  • Weekly reports delivered without manual exports.

Maintenance supervisor

Which tyres need attention before they cause a breakdown?

  • Pressure and condition alerts tied to each vehicle.
  • Full tyre history from fitment to replacement.
  • Replacements planned ahead instead of by the roadside.

Security and yard lead

Who took which vehicle or equipment, and when?

  • RFID scans logged against driver and asset.
  • Alerts on unauthorised use or out-of-hours movement.
  • A clear record for every handover.

/ Questions /

Frequently asked.

Do we need to replace our existing trackers?

Not usually. tracking.me runs on IoT Cube, which is designed to ingest data from mixed device brands, so existing hardware can often be connected as it is. Compatibility is confirmed during onboarding.

Is tracking.me only for vehicle tracking?

No. Alongside fleet tracking and telematics it covers RFID, tyre management and wider connected mobility use cases, all on the same asset record.

How does tyre management work?

Each tyre is recorded against its vehicle and position. Pressure and condition readings, rotations and replacements build a history, so tyre decisions are based on evidence rather than guesswork.

Where does the hardware come from?

tracking.me works with a range of device brands. It pairs naturally with TEFCO, which supplies and installs tracking, RFID and sensor hardware in Saudi Arabia.

Where is the data hosted?

tracking.me is built on IoT Cube, a Saudi-built sovereign platform. Hosting and data residency options are discussed as part of each deployment.
