    Instrument the zone

    Deploy meters, flow and pressure loggers, and read existing SCADA. Establish a continuous water or energy balance for the zone.

Frequently asked.

Which connectivity do smart meters use?

It depends on the network. We work with NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRaWAN and other options, and choose based on coverage, battery life and meter density in each area.

Do we have to replace our SCADA?

No. IoT Cube reads from existing SCADA and adds the distribution-level data it usually does not see, such as customer meters and district flows. Control remains with SCADA.

Can it integrate with GIS and billing?

Yes. Anomalies can be shown on your GIS and actual reads passed to billing. Integration is scoped during the pilot against the systems you already run.

Where is the data hosted?

Inside the Kingdom. Network and customer data stays in Saudi Arabia on a sovereign platform, with controls designed around NCA and PDPL requirements.

Can we mix meter brands?

Yes. The platform is device-agnostic and can ingest data from different meter makes and protocols, so you are not locked into a single hardware vendor.
