Indoor environment and occupancy

Can this support sustainability reporting?

Yes — consumption is captured continuously and attributably, which is what those reports need.

Does it work across buildings with different BMS brands?

Yes. Each BMS is read over BACnet or Modbus and mapped into one naming model, so a chiller is a chiller whichever vendor installed it.

Can it raise jobs in our FM system?

Yes. Alarms create work orders in your FM or CAFM system through its API, and response and completion times come back to track the contractor.

Does it change setpoints or control equipment?

Monitoring is read-only by default. Control can be enabled for chosen points, with role-based approval and a full audit trail of every change.
