Frequently asked.

Do we have to replace our SCADA?

No. IoT Cube sits alongside existing SCADA and historians, reading the signals you already have. We add sensors only where the data does not exist, such as vibration on older machines.

Can you connect to older equipment?

Usually. Legacy machines without controllers can be retrofitted with non-intrusive sensors for vibration, temperature and current. We assess each critical asset before recommending anything.

How do you protect our OT network?

Connections are designed with network segmentation and outbound-only data flows where possible. Your OT and IT teams agree the architecture before any device is connected.

Does it integrate with our ERP and CMMS?

Yes. Alerts can raise work orders in your maintenance system and asset data can flow to ERP. Integration scope is defined during the pilot so it matches how your teams already work.

What does a sensible pilot look like?
