What we collect, and what we do with it.

01Who this policy covers

This policy covers the IoT Cube website. It explains what we collect when you browse the site, read a page or send us a demo request.

It does not cover the IoT Cube platform itself. Operational data held in a customer tenant is governed by the contract with that customer, who remains the controller of it.

02What we collect

When you send a demo request we collect the details you type: your name, work email, company, and where given your phone number, job title, fleet or asset count, the area you are interested in and your message. We also record which page you were on when you submitted the form.

When you browse, we collect anonymous usage measurements: page address, referring site, country, browser and device type. These measurements carry no cookies and no advertising identifiers, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

03Why we collect it

Demo requests are used to answer you, arrange a demonstration and prepare for that conversation. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Usage measurements tell us which pages are read and which are ignored, so we can improve the site. That is the whole purpose.

04Where it is stored

Demo requests are stored in a managed database, protected by access controls and readable only by the IoT Cube team members who handle enquiries. Usage measurements are held by our hosting provider in aggregate form.

If your organisation requires website enquiry data to stay inside Saudi Arabia, call +966 9200 17273 before you submit anything and we will take the enquiry by another route.

05How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as the conversation it started is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. After that it is deleted.

Usage measurements are kept in aggregate and are not tied to a person.

06Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@iotcube.sa or call +966 9200 17273 and we will act on the request.

The Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia gives you these rights, and we apply them to everyone who contacts us regardless of where they are.

07Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics runs without cookies, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a consent banner.

08Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
